Day 30 of 120 of Press Handstand Challenge

Back in April, I committed, to doing a press handstand in 120 days - so by around August 4!! I really wish I was closer.

It has been 1 month since my first checkin on this, and I’ve made quite a bit of progress. Before, I had to jump to get from standing to a handstand, even against the wall. However, for the past couple of weeks, I have been able to muscle up from standing.

I will try to start doing these videos from the side - I know you do not want to see my giant bootey in the video.

Current Plan

I am going to continue with stretching and core strength routine. I need more of both - my flexibility is still low, even after working on this for a month.

I am pretty excited to see my core strength improve over the past month, and I can’t wait to see where I am in another month - hopefully, I can get off the ground.

I’ll take another video in about 30 days, or sooner…if I make progress!
