Day 1 of 120 of Press Handstand Challenge
Last night, I committed, on twitter - so it is all official and stuff - to doing a press handstand in 120 days - so by around August 4!!
Today, I thought I should see how far from this goal I am. The evidence suggests that I’ve got a loong way to go.

Current Plan
I am going to start a stretching and core strength routine. It seems like these are the two biggies that I need to improve on before I can do this thing. I need stretching because I can’t quite fold in enough to make the transition from sitting to, um, up. I need core strength because there is simply no way that I can propel myself upwards (without jumping) without a much stronger core.
I’ll take another video in about 30 days, or sooner…if I make progress!
